The Fat Doe
Inspiration
The Clyde River in the Midlands of Tasmania was originally known as the Fat Doe, and is the inspiration for this blend.
Story
Originally named by Kangaroo hunters, the Fat Doe River was renamed Clyde, Hamilton and Bothwell for new settlements. These names comes from towns on the lower and upper Cyled in Scotland.
But we love the original, non-conservative name! And just like the original delightful name; the Fat Doe blend will delight your taste buds!
Tasting Notes
