Have you met Kim?

Kim leads Zando Coffee Sales and Training. Kim has been involved in the hospitality industry for 30 years, with 19 years dedicated exclusively to coffee, Kim has a great understanding of the realities faced by our café customers.

Kim started her career in coffee as a Barista Trainer and Account Manager for a boutique coffee roaster, at the very start of the coffee evolution in Sydney, back in 2001. Armed with a tool box, mobile phone and a curious mind, Kim spent the next 7 ½ years providing training, troubleshooting equipment issues and even getting her hands dirty fixing and installing equipment, providing her with a strong foundation for the years to come.

Zando Coffee

Kim ran her own business for a number of years providing barista services and training to the Sydney café market before being head hunted by a well established roaster as a Coffee Support Manager. Kim quickly moved up the ranks to become a Key Account Manager, providing support to a large portfolio of café in Sydney.

During her career Kim has been involved as a judge at the ASCA Barista competitions.

Kim moved to Tasmania 2 years ago with her husband and now resides on Bruny Island, where she loves spending time with her beloved dog Bella.

Kim joined the Zando Coffee team back in October 2018 and is dedicated to providing education and training to our valued customer.
