The advancements in today’s grinder technology addresses the problem of quality, consistency, speed and wastage. Traditional grinders feature a dosing chamber leaving it up to the barista to dose the coffee into the portafilter by pulling a dosing lever. The Markibar Izaga grinder combines excellence in practicality and functionality and is one of our favourite grinders available. The grinder features two operating modes: Pre-Grind and Grind On Demand.

In Pre-Grind mode, the Izaga delivers an instant dose, allowing baristas to allocate time spent grinding elsewhere in their workflow, saving up to seven seconds per double dose. The Izaga’s Grind On Demand mode cater for off-peak periods, grinding each shot fresh on demand.

The Izaga features an isolated grinding chamber and smart ventilation system for cooler grinding, eliminating temperature fluctuations present in many grinders. The Izaga is made from high quality materials, is simple to operate and extremely accurate in terms of dose. It has a 1.5kg hopper that is customisable to promote your brand.
