Eddie Christofi is the Zando Coffee Machine Technician and leads our technical service department. Eddie provides our café partners with peace of mind by providing regular and scheduled equipment maintenance, optimising equipment performance and reducing the occurrence of breakdowns.
With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Eddie brings extensive experience, so much passion, innovation and a love of coffee to the team and our customers and always with a smile. Eddie has owned and operated his own café, worked as a coffee roaster and ran his own tech service business before joining the Zando team.
Not only does Eddie provide peace as a coffee machine technician, he is also a gun Barista trainer and provides training and support to our café partners.
